QuickTip Video: Copy and Pasting Documents as a rich text table

In this video I show one of my favorite features of Lotus Notes. I show how you can copy documents from a view as a rich text table and then paste that table into another message or document.

  1. At our office, we do this all the time, but you can save a click or two by using the toolbar icon (it’s just to the left of “Find” – the binoculars in your example). BTW, I’m think that “Find” should pretty much never be used against a view and that “Search” should be used instead.
