Had to share this neat little function we have here at IBM. Being in a new division this has helped me out a lot. And now, I found it funny it could actually define TGIF – maybe Watson is behind this!

I started seeing a lot of hits coming from Codebix.com and I decided to check out their site. The site is very PlanetLotusesque with some additional interesting features. It is like they mixed some of the principles of PlanetLotus and IdeaJam together. The site is very clean looking and easy to follow. I am not sure how much will this catch on but I like some of the features and may include them on PlanetWebsphere. Check it out, would be interesting to hear others opinions.
If I analyzed my daily personal behavior in the social world, email still plays a big part of that but it is slowly losing ground to Facebook and Twitter. The main thing I look for in email now is for things like shopping receipts, confirmations, and notifications from the social networks – for me, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook. They usually tell me someone sent me a message or commented on a post. So really, email is becoming more of a centralized place to get my “other” notifications from different software.It’s almost like email is my river of information…
I can’t say the same thing about work.
